Matchasome Organic Ceremonial Limited Edition Uji Matcha 30g
The new limited edition organic Uji Matcha has a very special place in Matchasome hearts because it is exclusively imported by matchasome. This matcha is produced by a small organic tea farmer in Uji and it is the first time that this wonderful single estate matcha has left Japan for the rest of the world to enjoy.
We recommend drinking this organic Ceremonial Uji Matcha straight. Enjoy a cup with 2 g of matcha powder and approx. 70-80 ml of hot water (not over 80 °C)
The matcha is packed with healthy amino acids (L-theanine), antioxidants (EGCG), vitamins and minerals and has a beautiful, bright green color, which is also reflected in the taste.
Taste profile: Clean, delicate, velvety and harmonious with a hint of sweetness; suitable on its own for koicha, usucha and also matcha latte.
